1. Data Collected

    • Travel Details: Intended travel dates, flight information, accommodation details in Indonesia.
    • Financial Information: Payment details (credit card information, bank account details) for processing payments. Please note that we do not store full credit card details on our servers.
    • Background Information: Occupation, educational history, employment history, marital status, family details, and any other information required by the Indonesian immigration authorities for your visa application.
    • Sensitive Data: Health information (e.g., vaccination status, medical conditions) or biometric data (e.g., fingerprints, facial scan) if specifically required by the Indonesian government for certain visa types or entry regulations.
  • Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our website, we may collect:

    • Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referrer URL.
    • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and other browsing actions. This is primarily collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Purpose of Data Collection
