Our role is to assist you in preparing and submitting the most complete and accurate application possible based on the information you provide and current regulations. Any representation or communication from our staff regarding the likelihood of approval is based on general experience and should not be construed as a guarantee.
You acknowledge that government regulations and visa requirements may change without prior notice, and Bali Visa Chinese is not responsible for such changes or their impact on your application.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you are solely responsible for:

- Complying with all Indonesian immigration laws, regulations, and the terms of your visa once issued.
- Attending any required interviews or appointments with immigration authorities.

All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you prior to the commencement of our services.
All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or as otherwise specified and agreed upon. Payments are typically required in advance or as per the agreed payment schedule. Service fees are non-refundable once our services have commenced, subject to our Refund Policy.
Bali Visa Chinese reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time, though any changes will not affect services for which you have already paid in full.
